It is the things that we do as a whole that help pattern and shape the community’s health and quality of life. We have introduced onsite development programs in order to optimize personal convenience, flexibility, and affordability. Programs are catered to suit your specific needs and can accommodate individuals of all fitness levels in almost any given setting. B FIT seeks to serve individuals of all ages in every area of human growth and development especially within the community. We feel that it is essential to reach out to people of all backgrounds and economic indifferences in order to encompass a widespread approach to overall health and wellness. Working out with your neighbors and friends is a great way to get to know each other and build relationships to help improve your communal environment. B FIT Camps and Clinics
Intramural Sports and Recreation
B FIT’s recreational and competitive programs are available for men, women and children of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you are a skilled athlete, or a sports enthusiast, we have the program for you! Each program offers a variety of opportunities and experiences for faculty, students, and community members that are specifically designed to provide a safe and secure environment that promotes the social, mental, and physical well-being of all participants. Leagues are available in a wide variety of indoor and outdoor sports year round including basketball, soccer, softball, volleyball, flag football and much more. Programs are divided into three simple categories and can be catered to suit any personal preferences.
Leagues- season last for a duration of 2 to 4 weeks followed by 1 to 2 weeks of playoffs.
Tournaments- team events that last anywhere from 2 to 5 days. The format depends on the number of participating teams, and typically result in single ordouble elimination.
Single Day Events- activities that last for 1 to 2 days. These competitions are usually head to head or tournament like format.
