B FIT Exercise & Nutrition offers a variety of fitness programs designed to suit both men and women. Whether you just want to lose weight, gain muscle, tone, or simply to improve your overall physique, we can help! There are many of us that attend the gym week in and week out and no matter what you eat or how hard you train, nothing seems to happen. Chances are your workouts lack both in variety and intensity. We will work hard to educate you so that you may disregard what you learned in school many years ago, what you have read in magazines, or what the other guy in the gym is doing, because it’s probably wrong. Our associates will help you properly asses your current fitness condition and future aspirations, so that you are able to achieve your goals in a constructive yet timely manner. Our aim is to help you incorporate simple yet modest improvements into your everyday routines that will help improve upon training efficiency and productivity.
Personal Training
Need a little one-on-one attention, someone to keep you on track or a challenging routine to keep your workouts fresh? No matter if you are trying to lose weight, or simply improve your overall physique, B FIT has the trainer for you! This is a very affordable program catered to suite personal comfort and convenience. We will incorporate new innovative weight and cardiovascular training techniques that will increase an individual’s metabolic speed which will in turn help develop calorie-burning muscle. Each program is individually designed and catered to meet your specific needs, wants, and goals. Your certified instructor will be with you every step of the way providing you with the encouragement and instruction that you need. We bring all of the fitness training equipment to you, so you don’t have to waste your valuable time traveling to and from the gym. You exercise in the privacy of your own home when its most convenient for you. Our experienced, certified personal trainers are available seven days a week from early morning into the evening.
How It Works
Training programs will begin with a complimentary consultation. You will need to fill out a series of forms in order for your trainer to properly asses your current health, exercise history, and fitness goals. We will use this information to determine and subscribe a program catered specifically for you. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your training options, trainer’s background and qualifications as well as exercise and fitness questions in general.
For Beginners

This course serves as an introduction to personal training and will provide you with all the knowledge and tools that you need to advance or start your training regimen. This program will incorporate 3 personal training sessions, free fitness evaluation, in accordance with nutritional advisory all for a low affordable price.
Session 1
We will start off by discussing your short and long term goals, medical and exercise history, current nutritional habits and your desired space for training. Here is where we will record your height, weight, body measurements, as well as your body fat percentage. You will also perform a fitness assessment test in order to assess your current strengths and weaknesses.
Session 2
This is where your personalized program begins. Your trainer will introduce various exercises and techniques for proper execution
Session 3

Athletic Conditioning

Chair Massage
Chair massage, also known as seated massage, is one of our most popular options. Clients remain fully clothed and treatments generally last anywhere from 5-30 minutes. Chair massage is usually limited to the back, neck and arms. This massage can be administered onsite at various locations, including health fairs, airports, shopping malls and in corporate settings.
Deep-Tissue Massage
Deep-tissue massage utilizes slow strokes, direct pressure or friction applied across the grain of the muscles with the fingers, thumbs or elbows. Deep-tissue massage works deeply into the muscles and connective tissue to release chronic aches and pains; its purpose is to reach the fascia beneath the surface muscles. This technique is useful in treating chronic pain, inflammation and injury.
Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)
NMT is massage applied to specific muscles, often used to increase blood flow, release knots of muscle tension, or release pain/pressure on nerves. This therapy is also known as “trigger-point therapy” in that concentrated finger pressure is applied to "trigger points" to alleviate muscular pain.
Orthopedic Massage
Orthopedic massage combines several massage and medical massage techniques to treat pain and soft-tissue injury. It focuses heavily on injury assessment and rehabilitation, emphasizing the importance of selecting the appropriate modality to treat the injury. Orthopedic massage is often used in conjunction with sports massage protocols.
Sports Massage
Sports massage therapies are both preventative and therapeutic, and used for athletes during warm ups, training and competition to treat and/or aid in the prevention of injuries; help improve flexibility, range of motion, and performance; and aid in mental clarity.
Swedish Massage
Generally regarded as the most common form of massage, Swedish massage involves a combination of five basic strokes and concentrates on the muscles and connective tissues of the body for improved circulation, relaxation, pain relief, and overall health maintenance and well-being.
Determined 2 B FIT Weight Loss Challenge
This is a perfect opportunity for those looking to fulfill their new year’s resolution. This course provides an in depth approach to physical exercise and dietary nutrition in order to help you shred those extra unwanted pounds. For six months (24 weeks), you and your team (which will be determined by location), will compete with other groups throughout the Washington/ metro area in an attempt to see which team can make the biggest change in overall health. This course will incorporate a series of frequent training regiments in accordance with a specific dietary plan catered for you, the individual to properly assess your fitness goals. Teams will meet 3 times per week for supervised workout sessions with a certified personal trainer. Progress will be tracked, monitored, and discussed after every 2 weeks of training in order to ensure actual succession throughout your training regimen. At the end of six months an overall winning team will be chosen and rewarded a cash prize for each team participant. A cash prize will also be rewarded to the individual weight loss champion, while the second and third place finishers will be rewarded free training sessions in accordance with other various gifts. Winners will be determined based on the average loss of scale weight over the 24-week period. This class relies heavily on the individual’s reliability and motivation to achieve results in the given amount of time. This class guarantee’s results and will set you on course to living a more active healthy life.
