Speed Skills and Agility Camp

B FIT Speed Skills and Agility Training Camp is a prospective outlet for young athletes (boys and girls) looking to improve their overall athletic ability. This non-contact specialty camp concentrates on mechanical skill development in order to establish a lifelong acclamation of physical techniques that promote progressive and effective natural movements. Athletes will be challenged through various drills that will help improve efficiency of movement, productivity, and overall functional athletic performance. This program will prepare athletes both mentally as well as physically in order to ensure maturity and longevity. Athletes will be educated in the areas of nutritional awareness, and body maintenance in order to maximize functional athletic potential. Athletes will be thoroughly trained by an experienced staff that consists of current collegiate players and coaches, speed development specialists, and some of the best trainers around. Our team of elite performance professionals will equip you with all the knowledge and skills that you need in order to excel over the competition. Such tools will aid in increasing muscular durability and help prevent injuries. By working with an outstanding coaching staff, your child will learn much more than how to run, yet he/she will be taught key characteristics such as teamwork, self discipline, confidence, responsibility, accountability, and plain old hard work. This camp is an excellent way to jumpstart your off-season training program and will serve as a genuine investment into your athletic future.

Registration deadline is June 15th

* All training equipment will be provided. Campers will receive a t-shirt, shorts, training bag as well as a nutritional snack and beverage. Participants are allowed to bring additional snacks and beverages and are encouraged to bring a change of socks. There will be absolutely no refunds after June 15th. All refund inquiries must be submitted in writing and forwarded before the registration deadline date.
