Soccer Skills and Agility Camp
Soccer is perhaps one of the most physically demanding of all sports. It consists of a large playing field where athletes are consistently moving with minimal rest. In today’s modern game, proper skill training and physical conditioning is essential to achieve peak performance. B FIT’s Soccer Skills and Agility Training Camp offers a wonderful opportunity for boys and girls to develop and improve their skills. We will focus on mechanical skill development in order to strengthen technical weaknesses. Athletes will be challenged through various drills that will improve efficiency of movement, productivity, and overall functional athletic performance. Our team of elite soccer professionals will equip you with all the knowledge and skills that you need in order to excel over the competition. We will help establish a solid foundation of fundamental skills that will promote progressive and effective natural movement in the long run. Athletes will be exposed to various mechanical drills including:
