B Fit Skill Clinics

Are you looking to take your game to the next level? Want to gain that competitive edge over the competition? B FIT’s athletic skill development clinics will help you improve on the tools that you have at your command and elevate your current athletic ability. These team/ group based clinics will focus on areas such as basic and cardiovascular training, core strength and power, speed and explosion, flexibility, conditioning and much more. Athletes will be challenged through various drills that will help improve efficiency of movement, productivity, and overall functional athletic performance. Our skilled coaching staff will not only facilitate and enhance your current mechanics, but will also assist in establishing effective yet progressive habits that will ensure future development and success.

* These clinics are held 2 days per week for a month’s duration at the suggested location. All training equipment will be provided in accordance with a t-shirt for each participant. There will be absolutely no refunds after the registration deadline of the clinic. All refund inquiries must be submitted in writing and forwarded before the registration deadline date.
