Multi-Sport Athletic Training
B FIT Exercise & Nutrition specializes in multi-sport athletic training. Through our innovative training programs, we seek to establish a lifelong acclamation of physical techniques that promote progressive and effective natural movement. Training regiments will help increase the efficiency and productivity of the desired muscle group relative to the sport of emphasis instead of some generalized focus. Workouts will establish an athletic index that will bridge the gap of correlation between active competition and effective training habits. This index will further assist in the development of key characteristics such as responsibility, accountability, and plain old hard work. In accordance with their assessed training regiments, athletes will be educated in the areas of nutritional awareness, and body maintenance in order to maximize functional athletic potential. By encompassing both sport specific training in accordance with its necessary dietary aid, B FIT Exercise & Nutrition will help develop the proper energy / reaction balance in order to reach optimal game performance.
Team / Group Training
B FIT’s Team/ Group training programs are designed to challenge athletes both mentally and physically in order to develop the athlete both inside and out. Training sessions are catered to suit your specific area(s) of interest in accordance with your goals to effectively procure and develop your athlete’s full functional athletic potential. Each session will incorporate applicable lesson plans that will provide a foundation for key fundamentals such as discipline, commitment, teamwork, and much more. Athletes will work together yet progress at their own rate, gaining strength and knowledge on the field (court); while developing lifelong friendships off the field (court) as well.

Professional / Elite Training

Our elite training programs will equip you with the knowledge and skills that you need in order to excel over the competition. Programs are catered to suit your specific area(s) of interest and offer technology services such as video analysis to help you achieve your goals in a qualitative format.. You will be coached by top of the line sports performance professionals who have coached numerous collegiate All-Americans, as well as elite and professional athletes. Athletes will be challenged through applicable mental and physical exercises, relative to the sport of interest, in order to build maturity and establish dominance.
Combine Prep and Testing
This is an excellent opportunity for athletes of all sports and levels to quantify their current athletic abilities. Whether you are looking to shock the combine, or just measure your abilities, we can help. Always remember that what you measure, you can improve. Our top of the line performance professionals will help educate and teach you all the proper mechanics and techniques that you will need to run faster, jump higher, move efficiently, and much more. Athletes will be challenged through various pro agility, conditioning, and strength training exercises that will enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall functional athletic ability. Drills will not only quantify results but will also establish an athletic index of how you compare to national competition.

Coaches Instruction

This program is designed to educate and teach coaches of all levels the proper mechanics and techniques it takes to enhance athletic strength, speed and agility. Each program is tailored to suit your specified areas of interest in accordance with your short and long term goals. We will equip you with all the tools and knowledge that you need to help take your program to the next level. Programs will incorporate innovative training guidelines and solutions that will not only improve your athlete’s potential and performance, but increase your ability to effectively lead and coach as well. Programs incorporate instruction in the areas of change of direction, top speed, acceleration/ deceleration, proprioception (the ability to move in a given space), balance and coordination, jumping and explosion, plyometrics, flexibility and much more. Video Analysis
Video analysis is a great tool that enables athletes to see their performance in action. When an athlete is moving quickly it is very hard to observe movement patterns and form. Video playback allows us to slow these movements down and dissect them frame by frame. This allows the athlete and the coach to observe, offer feedback, practice and then correct any improper physical mechanics or tendencies. Video analysis is applicable to any and every athlete of all sports and levels. This technology can help prevent injuries and properly assess whether or not your struggle is biomechanical, muscle imbalance, or a flexibility issue.
