Byron Anderson
Owner / Chief Executive Officer
As the Chief Executive Officer of B FIT Exercise & Nutrition, it is an honor and a duty to provide our nation with a quality yet convenient service that produces actual life changing results. I am a 2005 graduate of Georgetown University with a B.S. in Business Management. My experience has taught me many lessons about life and its true meaning of happiness. I am extremely grateful that I am able to live out my dream and it is my goal to help you accomplish yours. A first generation college graduate, my professional career spans from the non-profit to corporate ranks. I wish to provide the general public with an honest, gimmick free service that enables individuals to accomplish their fitness aspirations. B FIT Exercise & Nutrition prides itself on qualities pertaining to excellence and commitment, and through these efforts we will continuously strive to promote a healthier lifestyle for the individual as well as our nation.
Dawon Dicks
Chief Operating Officer / Master Trainer
As Chief Operating Officer of B FIT Exercise & Nutrition, his mission is to teach you the proper methods, habits, and discipline that it takes to create positive change through unique physical activity and sound nutrition. He is a master of fitness motivation, and possesses a rare combination of fitness knowledge and ability that enables him to communicate effectively and produce results. A 2004 graduate of Georgetown University, his experience has spanned the elementary, high school, collegiate, and professional ranks.

Anthony Bryant
Speed Specialist
He has been coaching and developing some of the nation’s top track and field athletes for the past 20 years. He is nationally recognized, and a local legend. A master of motivation whose track record speaks for itself; he is clearly one of the best results driven performance specialist out there. A true inspiration and an outstanding coach, he seeks to provide the proper guidance and influence that it takes for you to achieve optimal running mechanics and top speed.
- 62 AAU Track and Field All-Americans (1988 – 1993)
- Assistant coach at DeMatha Catholic High (1993 – 1997). Was very instrumental in team winning WCAC Championships in 1995 and 1996)
- Head Track and Field Coach at DeMatha Catholic High (1998 – Present). WCAC Championships 1998, 2000, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008.

Rold Louis

A 2005 graduate of Northeastern University, Rold is an honest and dedicated individual committed to aspiring our youth through proper guidance and motivation in order to create positive change. A first generation college graduate, he has been working with youth organizations for the past 8 years of his life. His insights are highly valued, and greatly respected amongst numerous youths and adults throughout the Washington/ Metropolitan area. As an advisor, he is here to help you find the right path to reach your goals and aspirations.

Rodrigo Andrade
Soccer Specialist
A Washington DC native, Rico has been playing and coaching soccer for the past 10 years of his life. His career spans from youth to professional ranks, specializing in mechanical skill development and conditioning. He is not only a coach, but a student of the game who has studied under well known coaches such as Sona Walla and Herber Mayorga. His goal is to educate athletes about the proper habits, and methods of discipline that it takes to achieve peak performance on and off the field.

Joseph Hooks
Peer Advisor / Training Assistant
A 2008 graduate of Shepherd University with a concentration in recreation and leisure studies, Joey has committed most of his time influencing many youth all over. His professional career has been pretty consistent working for various recreational departments in his home town of Gaithersburg, Maryland, where he has helped teach and develop fundamental programs to assist youths in the areas of life, athletics, and career development. He has served as an inspiration to many and seeks to continue his success through personal support and motivation.
